Yup, I'm here for a week for some photo fun. We spent yesterday mixing chemicals to do some stuff with the collodion wet plate process. I'm excited! Today was hair and shopping and wardrobe sorting day. Tomorrow morning, it's right to shooting. We've got more concepts than we'll have time for, haha.

I'm going home, for a few days, next week, but then I'll be off to Ireland for a bit.

It's all fantastic, but I really just can't wait to get back to the coast of the continent that I know and find a place to settle in and call mine. There will be a shelf for board games and a decorated refrigerator and days, from time to time, that are filled with nothing but reality television and unhealthy food. I will share this with a person I love and we will snuggle. We will also have cats and wear sweaters and hold hands. Mmm, warm feeling.
